At TRIIA we want you to be as happy as possible with your jewellery.
All TRIIA’s products are checked and looked over before shipping. Once you receive your TRIIA jewlellery please let us know straight away if you are unhappy - we have 14 day refund policy.
Faulty products will be repaired under a 12 month warranty. If you have a problem with your goods please email our customer care team -firstname.lastname@example.org we will get back to you as soon as possible.
As with the majority of our collection we have worked with semi precious stones - these may vary in size with certain items as they have been naturally cut, we believe this makes each product even more unique.

JEWELLERY CARE ADVICE
You should store your jewellery in a fabric lined box away from sunlight, it should not be in contact with other jewellery that may cause it to scratch.
ALWAYS remove your jewellery when applying lotions, perfume, makeup - chlorine is especially bad for your jewellery and can cause it to tarnish or fade. If your jewellery comes into contact with any chemical’s rinse off immediately.
The chains in our collection are very fine and delicate so please store these separate to other jewellery to avoid tangling.
You can use a jewellery polishing cloth to gently remove dirt or dust built up from pollution.
